I am absolutely thrilled with the piece I recieved! I’d been watching this shop for several months and customer service has been great. I always got a speedy response when sending inquiries, both before and after ordering. It did take several months for my piece to arrive, but I suspect that would be true in all shops selling made order items and then shipped around the world. So that was not unexpected or disappointing in any way. If the item is a gift, i would order no less than 3 months in advance, depending on when in the month you order.
The quality of the berries are phenomenal, they look just like the real thing! there really is nothing else like it in the world!
